Refund policy
At ZORÉ, every piece is carefully curated to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Since our jewellery is delicately crafted and hygienic in nature, all sales are final once an order is placed. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we are here to help. For assistance, please contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, and our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
Exchange & Store Credit
We currently do not offer refunds. In certain cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit. You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 7 working days after approval. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.
Store credits:
Are valid for 2 months. Can be used only on non-sale items. Cannot be converted into cash.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process the request, please share:

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sales, promotional events, or special offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Important Notes
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Store credits cannot be used on sale items. Products purchased from third-party platforms or stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Minor variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
International Orders :
At the moment, we are unable to offer international shipping. However, we will be launching international deliveries very soon. Thank you for your patience and support.
