Pricing Policy 

At ZORÉ, we strive to offer thoughtfully curated jewellery pieces at competitive prices while maintaining quality and craftsmanship. All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Payments 

All payments made on www.zorejewels.com are securely processed through trusted payment gateways. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other supported online payment methods. By providing payment information, you confirm that: The payment details provided are accurate and valid. You are authorized to use the payment method. You will not use any payment method that is fraudulent or not legally owned by you. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. 

Order Confirmation 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

ZORÉ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to: Product unavailability, Errors in pricing or product description, Suspected fraudulent transactions. 

In such cases, customers will be notified and payments (if any) will be handled according to our policies. 

Cancellation Policy 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch under exceptional circumstances, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund. Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Product Variations 

Our jewellery pieces are carefully finished, but minor variations in colour, texture, or design may occur due to: Lighting and photography, Screen display differences, the handcrafted or plated nature of certain products. These variations are not considered defects. 

Shipping & Delivery 

ZORÉ works with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by: Courier service delays, Natural calamities, Government restrictions, Other unavoidable circumstances, Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers may result in delivery failure. ZORÉ will not be responsible for refunds in such cases. If delivery attempts fail multiple times, the order may be returned to us. 

Customs Duties & International Orders 

Currently, we do not offer international purchases. However, we are working towards launching international deliveries soon. We truly appreciate your patience and support. 

Sale & Promotional Offers 

Promotional sales, discounts, or special offers are valid only for a limited period and while stocks last. ZORÉ reserves the right to: Modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time, Change discounted product availability, Adjust promotional pricing, Products purchased during sales or promotional events may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. 

Limitation of Liability 

ZORÉ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products.
