Domestic Shipping (India) 

Free Shipping 

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) 

We sincerely apologize, but Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. We are working on introducing this option soon. Thank you for your understanding. 

Delivery Time 

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location. 

 Pre-Order Items 

If your order includes a pre-order product, the dispatch timeline may take 14–20 business days. 

Please note: The entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. 

 International Shipping 

At the moment, we are unable to offer international shipping. However, we will be launching international deliveries very soon. Thank you for your patience and support.

Order Processing & Dispatch 

Each ZORÉ piece goes through quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive the best product. 

Dispatch Timeline 

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Please note that dispatch timelines may extend during: Sale events, High order volumes, Public holidays. 

Address Changes 

Shipping address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed. 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment. While we assist with tracking and support, ZORÉ is not responsible for delays caused by: Courier partners, Customs clearance, Natural disasters, Festive season or peak delivery periods, Unforeseen logistical circumstances.
